EPISODE TWENTY NINE

Episode 29

Greetings to all you fellow music lovers. First and foremost I would like to thank everyone who left some kind remarks or sent an emails regarding the last episode. It was a relief to see that people were still listening! And I hope it was worth the wait.

This one is chill. Real chill. I always find myself in this type of mood at this time of year (see last year’s episodes at this time). I’m not sure what it is… perhaps the changing seasons, the waning dusk, or settling of new routines. In any case, I like it. I love this type of music, and I am really excited about some of these tracks. Horse Feathers, Sigur Ros, and Nils Økland make back to back appearances. Peter, Bjorn and John return to the podcast with their newest instrumental effort, as do The Low Lows, and Pale Young Gentlemen. Michna is also on this one again with another stellar track from his new album Magic Monday. What an album! Check it out! Making their debut on Episode 29 is Finnish outfit Track N Field, Danish songstress CALLmeKAT, and Australian teen Pogo. Some fantastic music. I hope you’re in the mood.

Hey Bruce, I just wanted to let you know that I became a fan of your mixes the moment I heard my first one. I was worried that you had stopped putting out mixes after Episode 27, so I was quite relieved and excited when iTunes downloaded Episode 28! Keep up the great work man. I’ve recommended you to all the music fans I know.

Take care. I can’t wait for next month.
